Discover a transformative immersive experience that blends mindfulness, creative, and expressive art practices such as meditation, movement, writing, and intuitive mark-making, painting, and collage. This journey of self-discovery allows you to open your heart and create space for reflection, emotional release, and connection to yourself, nature, and community. Guided by compassionate facilitators, this restorative retreat will leave you feeling grounded in the present moment, refreshed, in tune with yourself, and connected to a supportive community.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Mindful Lunch Creation (meal options provided)
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Connect to Nature and Expressive Art Activity
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Break
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Collaborative Art and Group Sharing
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Meditation, Reflection, and Closing Circle
