LINDSEY GRASER

Lindsey Graser is a mindful & expressive arts facilitator, inspired to help people find peace and healing while guiding them through the creative process.

Building a compassionate and healing community is at the heart of what Lindsey does. Groups include sharing in a nurturing space which allows others to be seen, heard, and connected to themselves and to one another. We practice self-acceptance as we play with different art materials and enter into the process and experience with simple art techniques.

Mindful arts is an invitation to be curious. Experiment with different art materials. Recognize how your body is feeling. Notice the thoughts and feelings that come up. And get into a flow with meditative mark-making, intuitive lines, repeating patterns, and color. Expressive arts aid in healing, inviting emotions and feelings to come to the surface and providing a creative container for them to be and experienced as a compassionate observer. Collage, intuitive painting and drawing, movement, writing, and sharing are a part of expressive arts.

Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Education and teaching certifications in Visual Arts and English Language Arts and collaborates with Path Forward counselors to offer healing mindful and expressive arts programs and workshops. Therapy and expressive/ mindful arts have been a big part of her own healing journey, and she is passionate about sharing its transformative effects alongside others in community.
